Full Spectrum Infrared Dry Sauna with Red Light and Himalayan salt
Experience the therapeutic wonders of a Full Spectrum Infrared Dry Sauna with the added benefits of Red Light Therapy (RLT), Near Infrared (NIR) Therapy, and Himalayan Salt Therapy all in a single modality.
Red Light Therapy (RLT) and Near Infrared (NIR) Therapy is a non-invasive treatment and form of photobio-modulation that delivers natural wave-lengths of low-level red and/or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular processes and thereby increase cellular energy production. In the sauna, the light is delivered by an LED panel that emits wavelengths ranging from 600 to 1200 nanometers (nm). Himalayan Salt Therapy - Research has shown that Himalayan salt crystals emit naturally-occurring negative ions that reduce stress and fatigue while supporting a sense of well-being. Himalayan salt’s natural antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and superabsorbent properties provide a variety of wellness and beauty therapeutic treatments. Our system has the following features: Infrared Mica Heating Plates Individual Controlled Infrared Red Light Heating Tubes Tourmaline Foot Warmer An optional Beauty Bar with: 660nm Red Light Therapy (RLT) to promote skin rejuvenation and reduce wrinkles 850nm Near Infrared (NIR) Light that penetrates deeper into the tissues. Chromotherapy Lighting consisting of seven static colors to personalize your relaxation environment to suit your mood A mesmerizing starlight ceiling to simulate a clear night sky and recreate the peacefulness of stargazing
How does it work?
Infrared saunas work by using light to directly heat the body, rather than the surrounding air as in traditional saunas, which allows for a deeper sweat at a lower, more comfortable temperature. The potential benefits of regular infrared sauna use include relaxation, pain relief, improved heart health, and enhanced skin appearance.
Combining salt therapy and red light therapy creates a synergistic wellness experience that simultaneously targets the body's internal respiratory system and external cellular health. While each is effective alone, their combination—often branded as HaloRed—is designed to amplify healing and recovery processes.
- Combining red light therapy and salt therapy in an infrared sauna creates a synergistic wellness environment that targets the body at cellular, respiratory, and surface levels. While the sauna's heat promotes detoxification and circulation, these additions provide specialized therapeutic effects.
- Health and Wellness Benefits
- Relaxation and Stress Reduction: The soothing warmth of the sauna helps to lower cortisol (stress hormone) levels and promotes the release of endorphins, contributing to a sense of relaxation, reduced anxiety, and improved mood.
- Pain Relief: The deep penetration of infrared heat can alleviate muscle and joint pain, reduce stiffness, and help manage chronic pain conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia.
- Improved Cardiovascular Health: Regular use can increase heart rate and blood flow, similar to moderate exercise, which helps lower blood pressure and may reduce the risk of heart disease. Some studies have found that it can improve heart function in patients with chronic heart failure.
- Muscle Recovery: Enhanced blood circulation helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to muscle tissues, speeding up recovery time and reducing soreness after physical activity.
- Detoxification: Sweating is a natural way for the body to eliminate toxins. Infrared saunas promote a deep sweat, which may help flush out heavy metals (e.g., lead, mercury) and other environmental pollutants.
- Skin Health: Increased blood flow to the skin and enhanced collagen production may improve skin tone, elasticity, and texture, potentially reducing the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and acne.
- Better Sleep Quality: The deep relaxation and subsequent cool-down period after a sauna session can help regulate sleep cycles, contributing to better and more restful sleep.
- Immune System Support: The temporary rise in body temperature may induce an artificial "fever" state, which can stimulate white blood cell production and strengthen the body's immune response to infections like the common cold.
- Weight Management Support: While not a substitute for diet and exercise, the increased heart rate and metabolic activity during a session can contribute to calorie burning and support overall weight management efforts.
- Important Considerations
- Consult a Physician: It is recommended to consult a healthcare provider before starting infrared sauna therapy, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular issues, low blood pressure, multiple sclerosis) or are pregnant.
- Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and after sessions to avoid dehydration.
- Start Slowly: Begin with shorter sessions (10–15 minutes at lower temperatures) and gradually increase duration and frequency as your body acclimates.
